PAST POTENTIAL TENSE
DEFINITION:-
Such verb, which modifies
the complete power or strength of the subject in doing some work in past time
that is called past potential tense.
NOTE:-

This tense shows the
complete power or strength of the subject in doing some work.
EXAMPLE:-
