FUTURE TENSE
OR
FUTURE SIMPLE TENSE
DEFINITION:-
Such verb, which denotes
that the subject will do some work in coming time that is called future tense
or future simple tense.
NOTE
:- (1)
This tense shows the action
of the subject but in future.
EXAMPLE:-
(i)
Anwar
will achieve the goal of her life.
(ii)
We shall
come to you tomorrow.
NOTE:-
(2)
“Shall” and “will” are the helping verbs to
this tense.
NOTE:-
(3)
Since shall
is used with I and we and will is followed by all the subjects.
NOTE:-
(4)
For emphatic sentences “shall”
comes in the place of will and “will” comes in the place of shall.
NOTE:-

First form of the verb is
used in this tense.
NOTE:-
(6)
The phrase “going to” is also used to express
future thought in place of shall, will and would, but it is used when an
intention or possibility of the action takes place or happens in near future.
EXAMPLE:-

We are “going to” see you.

I am “going to” write a letter to you.
